Yes, I’ve been back from Vegas for almost two months now, but I haven’t had a chance to blog about how much fun we had! Skip’s Summer School was a great experience; I learned from and worked with some of the industry’s best — Skip Cohen (of course), Jerry Ghionis, Bambi Cantrell,Tony Corbell, Ron Dawson and Dane Sanders… In addition to the learning (and the parties), I also purchased some really cool products — Kevin Kubota’s New Action sets and Kubota RPG Speedkeys for Adobe Lightroom 2 to help our work flow in the studio; a Camera Slinger, which is a must have for photographers (it saves your neck and back); 4 sets of Jerry Ghionis’ Picpockets for on the spot inspiration, his New Ice Pick Vol 1 DVD; and Proshow Volume 1 & 2 Style Pack by Photodex Corporation . I won a few things as well – a Fuji Finepix F200 EXR which I gave to my wife (great points for leaving her at home with the baby)…. also with that I won Microsoft Windows 7, but gave it away to a new aspiring photographer (at Skip’s request)… It’s a great thing to share and have fun. I’m all set to attend Mystic 5 this January in Connecticut thanks to Walter van Dusen who sponsored the Camera Slinger party gift. I hope to see you guys there, as they also have a great line up. Anyway, enough said, check out the pics from Vegas. The rest are on Photos on Line.
